When we first set foot on Columbia Bluffs, we knew we had found more than just a beautiful desert steppe. We had found home.

And with every home comes a journey. See below to learn more about Columbia Bluffs and our sales team. Check us out on Facebook!

When we first arrived, there was no means to support even one house, let alone a rural upscale development. The land was completely undeveloped. It took 8 long years to go from having no legal access or water, to gaining full approval for 34+ sustainable houses.

We can now accommodate both full-time, multiple acreage homes, or simpler, part-time dwellings. You can even build an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) or casita to begin enjoying the area as you build and design your dream home later.

Our vision for Columbia Bluffs is one of harmony with nature and a celebration of life. Of our 171.8 total acres, we’re saving 50 for just open space. Our properties boast an 80-mile view of the Columbia River and surrounding areas. There are over 300 days of sunshine per year.

Columbia Bluffs fosters excellent access to all that Grant County has to offer. There are abundant opportunities for outdoor living and recreation activities, including the Cave B Winery, the Gorge Amphitheater, and public access to the Columbia River.

Our goal is to create a community that is cost effective, self-sustaining, and easy to maintain. Through thoughtful development, we seek to reduce the historical burden and expense of supporting a rural dwelling. Instead, we aim to provide low maintenance, net-zero energy housing.

We want you to utilize the natural resources to engage in a harmonious, active, maintainable lifestyle. By giving you an active role in owning your own water systems, most energy and landscaping needs can be greatly reduced.

Ten years ago, developing Columbia Bluffs would have been labeled as an experiment. Today, with our team in place, it’s just about taking the time and having the knowledge to make it happen.
